The inner feeling

Its sometime strange, to the entire world you look like as if you are doing nothing and you are sitting idle, but deep inside you have a million thoughts running in your mind. you cant explain it to anyone, you cant explain it to yourself. You want to stop your mind and you want your mind to be dead, you want to have a button attached to your mind which shuts it down but again.. there aint an option. You have to bear with your mind. painful it becomes sometime. you cant think you cant sleep you cant eat.... and you cant die. A picture runs through the mind, telling you what all things you did wrong and what all things you wanted to do the other way round.... but now there is no turning back. Only the memories, and it depends upon you whether you want them to cling to you or you want them to let go.
